Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is a leading conglomerate with core business focus on property development, retail, infrastructure, hotel and etc in the Greater China market. The group place a focus on sustainability and innovation of business models and has been constantly changing the business landscape and shaping consumer shopping behavior. The team is now looking for a high caliber digital marketing professional to join its team.
About the Role
- Report to Head of Digital Solution and lead a team of 7
- Formulate the overall digital marketing strategy across disciplines including but not limited to content, media, influencers to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Drive the communication plan across online channels for HK, China, international markets.
- Develop creative campaign ideas for mall opening
- Lead the content strategy and drive the distribution strategy that includes but not limited to the use of KOL and media
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and proactively roll out test plans to improve performance
- Follow new market trends and come up with creative ideas for the brand
Requirement
- At least 10 years experience ideally in Digital Marketing preferably in retail/hospitality/service industry.
- You possess solid knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
- You have good command of English and Chinese to understand user experience across the region
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
