My client is a leading brand offering round the clock services to the customers in the market. They are looking for a sales leader to join their team as Head of Enterprise Sales to head up their enterprise sales division.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Director, you will formulate the sales strategy and action plans to achieve the annual business objectives across different segments. You will devise multiple approaches to map out the targeted client list for business development, recommend penetration strategy to gain the untapped business opportunities from the ongoing clients. Leading a sizeable team, you will partner with Marketing & Technology teams to develop tailor made and tactical services offerings and product management to the clients. In addition, you will build a motivational team with a high performing and integrity culture, provide a top tier services to the clients to create repeated businesses and word of mouth promotion in the market. You will coach the team heads to drive the changes to improve the sales deliveries, operational efficiency and client experience.
- Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing and other related disciplines
- 15+ years of corporate sales experience from Services sector
- Track record in leading sales teams, developing client-focused and differentiated services
- Experience to turn the business ideas into achievable solutions
- Solid experience in sales management and targets achievement
- Strong sales, P&L and business acumen
- Excellent leadership, presentation and communications skills
- Fluent in English, Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
