About our Client
Our client is a highly reputable hospitality group headquartered in Hong Kong. To cope with the ongoing expansion and future investment directions, they are looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Head to join the management team.
About the Role
Leading a sizeable team of analysts and reporting to the Group CFO, you will be a true business partner to the business, assisting them on various analysis performance. You will drive the annual budget, yearly plans and forecasts. You will work closely with the business leaders to monitor the business performance and achieve key financial goals. In addition, you will assist in any potential special projects and new investment plans.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with at least 15 years experience in sizable hospitality, retail, FMCG or F&B groups. You should have a strong track record in FP&A and boardroom presentation. Strong communication skills and experience working in matrix environment is required. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential.
