About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and managing a team of 2, you will support the creation and hands-on execution of business development initiatives by generating ideas and co-ordinating asset creation for regular sales campaigns across a range of digital channels. As a team lead, you will take responsibility for mapping out and making recommendations for customer journeys on and off platform. Moreover, you are required to set up tracking for on-site and off-site digital marketing campaigns, ensuring campaigns are traceable and reporting is set up consistently. Lastly, you will also plan and deploy global awareness and demand generation programs for all stages of the marketing cycle - thought leadership, education, preference, and purchase.
- Bachelor degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, growth-hacking or e-commerce setting
- A strong background in a strategic marketing or growth marketing role
- A love of data and can analyse a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
- Marketing experience in one of the following: digital subscriptions, CRM and/or customer retention.
- A good grounding in the key marketing channels: email, push, PPC, paid social and display
- Experience of close collaboration with product and technology teams
- The ability to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations for senior executives
- A hungry, infectious personality, someone determined and able to win
- Good command in Chinese and English
