Our client is a renowned fashion label currently looking for a Head of HR with at least 15+ years of HR experience to join as part of the executive leadership team. This is a senior position with a direct reporting line to the business CEO, therefore, previous experience of having worked at this level is essential. In addition, the ideal candidate will come from a multi-site retail background.
About The Role
The role will be a key part of the Executive Leadership team, targeting a seasoned HR practitioner to help preserve and develop a people-centric culture as the business expands across APAC region. The role would manage a sizeable team and assume responsibilities with a blend of operational and strategic, defining both people strategy and ensuring it is delivered 'on the ground'.
A minimum of 15 years of APAC/ Regional HR management experience ideally from fashion retail sector. Significant experience with an emphasis on employee engagement or employee experience and organisation development will be an advantage. Track record of strategic planning, creating and implementing communications plans essential, and the ability to be a strategic player working dynamically with a variety of internal stakeholders will help excel in this role. Proficiency in English and Chinese required and candidates with short notice will be highly regarded.
