About our Client
Our client is a fast growing technology start-up with business presence in Hong Kong and China. They are currently seeking for a seasoned Head of HR to lead the team.
About the Role
- Direct report to Managing Director and lead a team of 3
- Manage and oversee HR & admin services including but not limited to talent acquisition, manage full employment cycle, compensation & benefits, training and development and staff engagement.
- Work closely with senior management and business heads, provide HR advisory to support business growth plan
- Review and revamp existing HR policies and work flow to ensure operation efficiency
- Lead the HRIS migration project
- Assist in any ad-hoc assignment if required
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With minimum 6 years of HR generalist experience
- Familiar with Labour Ordinance across Hong Kong and China
- Motivated, down-to-earth with strong business acumen
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
