About The Company
Our client a sizeable commercial bank, currently hiring a seasoned HR business partner to join as their Head of HR and takes care of the bank's operational HR matters, and HR planning and controls.

About The Role
This role will plan and drive all HR related strategic initiatives supporting with the Bank's growth direction. You will manage the bank's Balanced Scorecard exercise including framework design, stakeholders engagement, implementation and performance evaluation etc. You will also act as the internal business control officer to ensure solid 1st line of defence is established for the HR department, and also ensure the existing policies and procedures can effectively detect, prevent and mitigate fraud, errors and incidents that could cause potential operational risk to the Bank. You will also serve as a key point of contact for Employee Relations matters including whistle-blowing cases and help manage and resolve highly confidential and sensitive people issues. As a Strategic HR Business Partner, you will partner closely with HR counterparts, Legal and Fraud Risk management team to investigate on employee relations issues and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions and solutions as required. At the same time, you will also review and make necessary updates to all HR related policies and procedures on a on-going basis and ensure information is up-to-date.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines, with 15+ years HR Business Partnering experience from banking sector. You will demonstrate a high awareness to latest market development in employment practices and employee relations, HR practices, methodology and processes, also demonstrate strong interpersonal and communications skills influencing stakeholders within the matrix organisation. High proficiency in written & spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua) will be required for this role. Immediately available candidates highly regarded.
