About The Client
Our client is a leading bank with growing presence in Asia. To cope with business transformation, they are now looking for a seasoned HR practitioner to join as the functional lead in HR operations (shared services, compliance) and would also support the Chief HR Officer on various bank-wide projects.
About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will assume an important role to help transform the HR shared services centre. You will drive a strategy for re-designing the work, systems and technologies for the HR shared services function; partner with business and HR leadership to create and implement a strategic vision for HR shared services; work closely with teams to design employee centric service processes and systems. You will also be a key influencer to stakeholders to migrate identified HR processes and transactions into HR Shared Services platform in order to create self-service options and grow operational efficiencies in order to build a quality assurance framework to keep track of teams's delivery. On top of which, this role would also take lead on HR compliance matters including licensing, applications, ECF etc in relation to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines, with minimum 15+ years experience in HR Shared Services & Operations / Internal Control acquired from banking sector. You will demonstrate experience creating or maturing an HR shared services centre, and also sound experience in process design, workflow streamlining and HR compliance. A proactive HR practitioner with a transformational mindset, and highly skilled in building trust and influence will excel in this company. Banking experience and proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese are pre-requisites for this role. Competitive package will be offered to attract the best.
