About The Client
Our client is a well-established corporation headquartered in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development (OD) leader to build on their achievements and take the business further.

About The Role
The HR function has been recently reshaped to play an important role in the business' strategic change agenda. The knowledge and skills are in place and work is underway to modernise the current HR and OD infrastructure in order to empower leaders and managers, and support them to develop and deliver high performance in their areas of responsibility.

Reporting into the Chief Executive, the Head of HR and OD will take lead of the HR Services, Business Partnering, Resourcing, and Staff Development functions within the HR Directorate; and play a key role in embedding organisational development across the business including key areas such as talent management, engagement and learning. The role will also require strong leadership and management skils to develop and deliver high professional standards of people services which align with the changing requirements of the business and underpin effective people management.

Requirements
The successful candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or relevant discipline, with 25+ years of experience designing, developing and delivering professional HR services operating models that meet organisational needs, alongside a depth of HR and OD experience demonstrating creativity and a diverse range of skills which deliver high impact solutions through successful partnerships with line managers and business stakeholders. A good knowledge of contemporary methodologies required for resourcing, talent management and employee well-being in a complex organisation; experience of leading change in a processs-driven environment and proven ability to build rapport and influence strategic decision makers will help excel in this role. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese required for this role; and a competitive 6-digit salary offered to attract the best.
