Our client is a well-established conglomerate in Hong Kong. As part of their 5-year plan, they are building out a bold transformation initiative to drive business growth and currently hiring a Head of HR for one of their subsidiaries within the healthcare sector.

About The Role
Reporting into the Group HR Director, you will be primarily concerned with providing strategic advice, guidance and leadership for the Healthcare business, ensuring business strategy and culture is supported by robust HR policies and initiatives. This is a vital leadership role for a small but talented employee group. Your HR expertise will ensure that the company attracts, engages, and retains high quality, dedicated talent. As business partner to the healthcare division, you will also lead learning and development initiatives including sales training and commercial competency building to drive sales expansion. There is a heavy transformation agenda so change management experience will be key.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience and a successful track record of integrating business and human capital strategy for a matrix and diversified organization. You will have experience leading, facilitating, and interacting with seasoned senior leaders and leadership committees. Critically, you will bring a strong understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion topics, and bring innovative thinking around total rewards initiatives. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be wired towards operational excellence, continuous improvement and business focused strategic thinking, with a passion for data and metrics. Ideally you will have worked in sizeable multinational corporations previously, bringing knowledge of sales competency and training requirements.
