Our client is a fast-growing retail startup in Hong Kong. They have gained regional presence and urgently looking for a Head of Human Resources to take lead of the function.
About The Role
Reporting into the COO based in Hong Kong, you will be a highly people-oriented and passionate HR practitioner who can come in and take lead of the strategic HR inititaives within the business, also someone who does not mind being very hands-on overseeing the retail business operations. You will work closely with the founding members and senior management team to ensure HR goals are met (across recruitment and retention, employee relations, building HR poligies, training and development, iconomic company culture etc). You will also lead and build the HR team to cope with upcoming HR and business expansion needs.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in HR or relevant disciplines, with minimum 12+ years of relevant HR generalist experience acquired from start up or tech-savvy businesses. You will be familiar with labour ordinance, and comes with strong communications and interpersonal skills liaising with all levels of staff in a tactful way. You will be passionate aout people, and someone hungry for success. Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese required, and immediately available candidates highly regarded.
