About the Client
Our client is a well established NGO with a long history in serving the Hong Kong community. They are looking for a seasoned HR Director to join their organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will lead a sizeable team of HR talents, being responsible in leading and driving HR strategies of the NGO. This is a relatively new team and function, and hence, you are required to review HR policies and procedures to achieve operational efficiency and comply with the HKSAR Government Compliance and Regulations. Being the Business Partner of the ED, you will provide consultative advice to the board on various projects and business re-engineering. In addition, it is important to perform regular review on internal control to reduce risks and identify any potential treats.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Business Administration, HR Management or related disciplines with at least 20 years experience in the HR field and 10 years at a leadership role. You should have a strong knowledge in the Employment Ordinance and related regulations. Having a strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are essential. In addition, you should have extensive experience in stakeholder management as well as being hands on in operational issues and driving changes. A high level of sensitivity and alertness are required. Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must.
