About Our Client
Our client is an aggressively expanding life insurance company with over 25 years of history. They are looking for the Head of Internal Audit for their local operations to develop and transform the Internal Audit Department.
About The Role
Reporting to the CEO and Audit Committee, you will lead a team and supervise the internal audit engagements, ensuring the effectiveness of the existing controls and being in compliance with Insurance Authority's regulatory framework. You will identify any potential business process improvements as well as enhance the internal audit standard within the Group. You will also need to provide any necessary office wide training and carry out ad hoc project investigations.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related subjects with an accounting qualification or CIA. You should have at least 15 years experience with solid industry knowledge in Insurance and familiarity with the Insurance Authority. Excellent business acumen, outstanding communication and presentation skills are required. Last but not least, fluency in Cantonese and English is essential.
