Head of Investor Relations
About the Client
Our client is a HK listed property developer with strong business presence in HK and China. A rare opportunity now arises for a very seasoned Head of Investor Relations to join their Hong Kong office.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage a neat team for investor relations and public relations. You will be responsible for annual and interim results announcement, roadshows and investor conferences. You will engage investors, strengthen relationship with them and enhance the investor database. You will support credit rating management. You will deal with media, handle crisis management and devise communication strategies for their business.
The Successful Applicant
You should hold a bachelor degree in Finance, Business Management, Media, Journalism, Corporate Communication or equivalent. You should have at least 10 years of work experience, preferably from PR/IR agencies and Investor Relations Department of sizable property developers. You should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in speaking Mandarin and writing Chinese is a must.
