About the Client
Our client is well known foreign bank and they are looking for head of Investor Relations to join their business.
About this Role
Reporting to CFO, you will:
- Lead the development of the investor relations function of the bank Group
- Assists in refining investor relations strategy through ongoing contacts with the Bank's management and develops investor relations messages based on these changes
- Establishes and maintains relationships with the investment community
- Prepare presentations and other communication materials to analysts, brokers and investors
- Arrange conferences, road shows, earning conference calls and investor meetings
Requirement:
- University graduate, preferably major in business or finance
- 10 years or above experience in banking, credit agency , capital markets, or sell side analyst
- Strong analytical, communication , and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese, including Putonghua
- Good relationship-building skills with the investment community
- Good collaborative skill in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Skills in data analysis, presentation and data visualisation, financial modelling and research
- Experiences in events preparation
