Job Description
Duties:
- Responsible for overseeing information and technology operation, execution and strategy, driving and promoting regional IT establishment, collaborating with headquarter IT department and supporting to achieve established business goals
- Responsible for overseeing management, budget, allocation of all IT-related resources to manage a portfolio of IT projects to meet objectives, milestones and budget
- Responsible for managing different teams of the IT Department including applications development, infrastructure, networks, IT security, service delivery and project management, etc. and developing in-house skillsets
- Responsible for operations and upgrade of technical architectures and infrastructures, transforming the application systems to realize regional business IT solutions
- Responsible for driving viable and innovative technologies to ensure internal operations efficiency and optimize strategic benefits
- Responsible for ensuring technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization
- Responsible for the communication with senior management level to provide advisor and consulting solution to solve business needs of Group
Requirements:
- Degree in Information System or related disciplines
- 15 years of relevant working experience with a minimum of 5 years in IT team leader role in a sizable MNC
- A strategic thinker with experiences of managing a larger portfolio of applications as well as strong operational management skills (people, process, budgets)
- Particular experiences ERP, CRM, TMS, WMS and HRIS systems are highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills, result-oriented, resourceful, proactive, able to multi-task with high adaptability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
