Our client is one of the most well recognized company in Hong Kong and with the vision to digitally transform their corporate services and they are now seeking for a Head of IT Infrastructure & Voice Communications, APAC
About the Role
Reporting to the Department Head, you will lead the development, management and implementation of the data and telephony network, voice recording and mobile data strategy including the necessary integration between a number of services. You will complete management responsibility for all the Voice Communication services across the organisation while leading and overseeing the development and implementation of additional and new network related services. You will provide operational responsibility for the day-to-day provision of the VC services, adopting ITIL best practices across Change, Problem Capacity and Availability Management. Lastly, identifies and recommends upgrades and changes to communications equipment and software, maintaining efficient and effective operations in the organization.
The Successful Applicant:
- Degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 8+ years of hands on network, telephony operation and project management experience
- Cisco Collaboration certifications, Avaya, MS teams experience preferred
- Cisco Voice professional, ideally CCNA and upward
- Cloud Platform experience will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the management, design and development of Infrastructure and VC systems.
- Professional network IT qualifications i.e. CCNA/CCNP or equivalent.
- Unified Communication Solutions experience
- Troubleshooting, Diagnostics & Event Log/Management
- Working knowledge in the areas such as Network NMS, Firewalls, Proxy servers, Routers, Switches, Radius servers, Wireless Controllers, Unified Communication
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communications skills who is able to work independently
- Strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skill
- Good command in English and Chinese
