Our client is a well sought-after brand undergoing a rapid business expansion. They are looking for a talent to join their team as the Head of Marketplace.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for developing business plan for the marketplace platform, drive the growth strategy and execution plans to achieve revenue and profitability. You will lead a sizeable commercial team spreading across sales management, key account management, strategic partnership building as well as deals negotiation. You will oversee the team's operations and ensure the high standard of services are well delivered to the business partners. Owing the PNL, you will play a key role to build the business in the long term, coach and grow the team with the setting of measurable business objectives and business direction.
Requirements:
- University degree in marketing, business, and other related disciplines
- 8- 12 years PNL experience from e-Com / marketplace / O2O
- Experience in startup or ultra-fast paced environment is preferred
- Solid knowledge in BD, growth drive or new business initiatives
- Data driven decision making, strategic, entrepreneur, agile and proactive
- Sound stakeholder management and communications skill
- Fluent in English and Chinese
