Our client is a well-established consumer brand with presence around the corners in the region. In addition to their ongoing business, they are looking for someone to join them as the business driver for their new business stream.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing business plan for the new business. You will lead the product initiatives from consumer/market research, build the new category from NPD, create brand proposition, pricing and channel strategy, until product launch. You are expected to have a strong business acumen and understand the need of different markets. You will prioritize the business opportunities and maximize the commercial performance to fulfill the corporate business goals. This is a rare role from a sizeable organization to take a full ownership of the new portfolio from development to execution.
- University degree in business, marketing, and other related disciplines
- 15+ years sales management experience from FMCG, PNL responsibility
- Knowledge of new category development and brand management
- Experience of leading a new business from end to end
- Strategic, strong business acumen, result driven, numerical and fast pace
- Presentable, sound presentation & communication skills, strong leadership
