Job Description
Our client is a well sought-after consumer brand and they are looking for a Head of Operation to join their team.
Based in Hong Kong and reports to Business Head, you will be responsible for the PNL and operation management for the retail shops. You will lead the teams to oversee retail operations, staff performance, facilities management, safety and security, sales and promotions. You will work with the management to create a differentiated operation model at the shop to draw the traffic, impulse purchase and word of mouth marketing. You will work closely with the Product Team to offer the first to the market product choices, deliver the product attraction through a personalized and special operation at the shop. As the retail leader, you will design the career development plan to the teams, up lash their potential at workplace and build a high performing culture.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or other related disciplines ret
- 15+ years retail operation management experience, F&B preferred
- PNL management & background from sizeable retail chain
- Ideas for improvement, customer centric to push for retail excellence
- Excellent communications and presentation skills in English and Chinese
- Excellent coaching and leadership skills
- Agile, transformational mindset and ready to make changes
