About Our Client

Our client is one of Hong Kong's largest employers in Hong Kong with a range of businesses and platforms. To cope with the upcoming organizational revamp, they are looking for a strong profile in Organizational Design to assist them.

About The Role

Reporting to the Group CHRO, you will work closely with your business partners to develop strategic organization design frameworks and principles to align with the Group's upcoming business strategies. You will undertake tactical risk modelling and scenario planning for business decisions when proposing organisation effectiveness, restructuring and operational efficiency initiatives. In addition, you will improve and manage the implementation and tracking metrics to analyse human capital trends, manpower planning initiatives and possibly using data visualization tools to enhance HR strategic decisions and operation efficiency.

The Successful Candidate

You should hold a degree in Business or Human Resources and preferably with the subject of Organization Development. You should have at least 20 years of relevant experience from consultancy and in house in relation to organisation development, design, strategy and change management in a large corporate or MNC. You should be able to manage your business partners' expectations and perceptions. This role will need a very strong analytical and conceptual thinking as well as expertise in HR strategy and organization design. You should also have a pragmatic approach of leading projects and proven track record in contributing to large initiatives. Proactive and effective communication with an international mind-set and English fluency is required.
