About Our Client
Our client is a leading bank that is undergoing business and HR transformation. They are inviting a seasoned HR professional to lead the C&B team and also overseeing HR Compliance and other ad hoc projects - licensing, enhanced competency framework and HKMA bank cultural reform.
About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you'd be the functional lead and keep abreast of market rewards and benefits practices and latest trends to provide quality external market information and analysis on trends and competitor offers. You will support annual pay review process, sales incentive schemes, specific regulator and reporting requirements. You will also deliver process and system improvements, and review remuneration and benefits frameworks and practices. Ad hoc projects around licensing, enhanced competency framework and HKMA bank cultural reform will be a key part of the role.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have 20+ years' relevant experience from banking or consultancy background, and with proven performance and reward experience. You will demonstrate deep understanding of current regulatory environment and the implications for the management of Performance & Reward for banks. You will also demonstrate the ability to engage all levels of stakeholders especially senior management. This is a true business partnering opportunity for seasoned C&B / HR professionals.
