About the Role

Reporting directly to the Chairman of the company, your main role is to provide leadership to employees while creating a hospitality focused atmosphere in which guests' expectations are exceeded. You will attain financial objectives of this business through effective management of services, people, facilities, products, revenue and profit. You will ensure policies and procedures are implemented to improve operational performance and ensue delivery of the highest quality in food, cleanliness and service standards. Additionally, regular evaluations, inspections and audits are conducted and corrective plans will be implemented to ensure a consistent operational flow.

The Successful Applicant

To qualify, you will possess a minimum of 6+ years of proven success in multi-unit restaurant environment ideally working in an upscale European restaurant. You will have a successful track record in leading restaurant operations and meeting budgetary sales and profitability objectives. Excellent people management, communications, influential and interpersonal skills is a prerequisite for this role. Proficiency in Chinese and English is mandatory.
