About our Client
Our client is a leading food and beverage group with a diverse portfolio of fine dining, casual dining and retail business developments across Hong Kong and Asia Pacific regions. To cope with their fast expanding food and beverage retail business, they would like to invite a Head of Retail to manage their business in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for financial and operational success of all food and beverage retail businesses across Hong Kong. You are responsible for analyzing sales reports and rolling out sales strategies and action plans to drive the overall business. You will also ensure the highest quality service standard is delivered at all times by developing and training your team. Additionally, you will work closely with cross functional teams to drive strategies to develop successful marketing campaigns to build brand image.
The Successful Applicant
- University graduate with a minimum of 10+ years of food and beverage and retail management experience
- Ability to manage 80+ POS
- Possess strong entrepreneurial mind-set with a successful track record of sales achievements
- Creative and dynamic
- Result-driven and a self-starter
- Strong influential and leadership skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
