Job Description
Our client is one of the leading personal brand operating internationally. They are looking for a strong sales caliber to lead their retail business in Hong Kong and Macau.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the VP, you will be responsible for devising differentiated sales strategy for the business, lead and execute the business plan in the assigned markets to achieve the goals set by HQ. In addition to sales, you will oversee the multiple functions across retail operation, VM and store development. Working closely with the marketing team, you will ensure the front-line teams to offer the best product knowledge, shopping experience to the customer, ride on the market driven CRM program to upkeep the traffic and new businesses from word of mouth.
Requirements:
- University degree in business, marketing, and other related disciplines
- 15+ years sales management experience from retail
- Background from lifestyle product / fashion / beauty
- Track record to coach and lead the team to achieve business objectives
- Knowledge of VM, store development and leasing
- Flexible, result driven, creative, own the engaging and outstanding leadership skill
- Fluent in English and Chinese
