Headquartered and listed on the HKEx, they are one of Hong Kong's leading blue chip companies with a growing and highly stable revenue stream. To enhance and optimise their business opportunities, they are looking to add an additional headcount in heading the Risk and Internal Controls function.
About The Role
Being the Head of Risk & Internal Controls, you will serve as the Centre of Excellence of the Group's risk management function focusing on business and strategic risks. You will work closely with other specialised subject matter risk experts to advise on appropriate risk appetites in the business. You are expected to drive fundatmental cultural changes in the Group to be more commercially minded and build a competency on commercial risk mindset and skill sets.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you should be at least a degree holder in Business or related disciplines with qualifications in risk management or accounting. You should have at least 15 years of experience, with 8 years in leadership positions and strong interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record in handling senior stakeholders and excellent influencing skills to bring a positive change in seeing risk.
