Head of Risk Management
About the Client
Our client is an HK headquartered blue-chip company with strong business presence in Greater China. Currently, they are inviting a seasoned Head of Risk to join their team in HK.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Audit, you will manage a sizable team to cover the risk management function for the Group. You will be responsible for enterprise risk management and involve in planning, reporting, building and updating risk indicators etc. You will liaise with different stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks. You will update risk management policies and report to senior management and audit committee regularly. You will also perform risk assessments for potential M&A projects. Last but not least, you will provide trainings for the team and management.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. You should have at least 15 years of relevant experience (general internal audit and/or risk management) gained from sizable corporations. You should have PRC experience and be able to lead a sizable team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. Fluency in Mandarin, English and Cantonese is compulsory.
