Our client is a one of the fastest growing digital platform for dining and lifestyle experiences and they are currently expanding their investments in major cities across the Asia Pacific region. They have committed to invest first class technology to cope with their expansion and an opportunity has arisen for a Head of Sales.
About the Role
Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of 3, you will collaborate with all stakeholders internally and externally to develop an APAC go to market strategies. As a team leader, you will create a cohesive vertical market strategy to include all geographic, product and services offerings where the solution has the best opportunity to win. In addition, you will help drive the team to shape the development of the solution and sales approach in partnership with the marketing, engineering and IT team. Last but not least, you will penetrate and develop major strategic accounts and new prospects in chosen business segments and close new business deals.
- Bachelor degree and 15+ years direct sales experience working with big data solutions and analytic products
- Self-motivated, independent player with a strong track record of digital solutions sales
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill
- Effective problem identification and resolution skill
- Highly accurate and detail oriented
- Ability to work as an effective team player
- Ability to cope with changing needs and requirement
- Excellent knowledge of project related business
- Must be very organized and self-motivated
- Good command in English and Chinese
