Our client is a multinational company in manufacturing a variety of commercial and consumer products, and is a major player in building services in Hong Kong. To cope with business expansion, they are now looking for a Head of Sales to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to Regional Sales Director, you will be leading the sales team to achieve business objectives through sales strategies and engage with all levels of customer organization and verticals across industries. You will leverage your extensive experience, knowledge and market intelligence on all products and solution to develop new business opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to expand the company's market share and portfolio. As a sales leader, you will also work closely with marketing, technology and district team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Bachelor degree in a business or engineering related discipline.
- 8+ years sales experience in the commercial buildings industry.
- Cross selling and consultative selling experience with proven capability in collaborating across client and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of customer financial and the ability to build business case investments.
- Solid understanding of P&L and ability to build business case for sales growth.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to understand the customer needs, negotiate complex sales and articulate total value offerings to customers.
