Our client is a renowned luxury automotive distributor with a well established retail distribution network within the Asia Pacific region. To cope with business expansion they are currently in search for a diligent, aspiring Sales Manager to join as the leader of their Hong Kong Sales team.
About the Role
As the Head of Sales you will be representing the company and serving as the "Brand Ambassador" partnering closely with the brand principal.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will lead a team consisting of 15 retail sales staffs to drive the overall sales performance in Hong Kong. You will ensure all sales metrics are exceeded through planning and executing sales strategies, preparing and analysing merchandising and sales reports, KPI analysis, business forecast and competitive analysis.
This is a challenging and diverse role that requires excellent people management ability along with a hands-on and flexible sales attitude.
- Degree holder with at least 7 years working experience in automotive retail industry
- Proactive, sales driven and mature minded character
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Strong presentation and communication ability
- Solid people management skills capable in managing multiple generations and background
- Excellent business acumen and solid automotive retail network is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
