About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in its field with a strong brand name and well-established network in Asia. With a powerful market presence and continued growth across the region, a new position has now been created for a Talent Acquisition professional to join the team regional talent management in Hong Kong.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, this newly created position is the key person to build and develop corporate talent acquisition function including policies, procedures and programs and ensure they are in-lined with business objectives and the growth of the operation across the region. With new business directions and industry trends as well as focus markets, you will be fully in-charge of capacity planning and recommendations to management of investment in human capital and roadmap of recruiting talents with right competencies. You will re-engineer the whole recruitment accountability and process strategically from the perspective of efficiency improvement and financial benefits. You will oversee all the hiring activities and manage all recruitment channels including direct source, recruitment agencies and social media, in order to develop a healthy talent pipeline for the business. You will design and develop Management Trainee Program, Internship programs or any related campaigns with universities for campus recruitment and employer branding.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder in HR Management or relevant discipline is preferred
  • Minimum of 15 years of hands-on talent acquisition experience gained from both in-house and consultancy practice from sizable companies
  • Recruitment/HR knowledge and experience in PRC is a must
  • Experience in engaging with senior management on recruitment project planning and implementation is crucial
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
