About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will work very closely with the senior leaders across the business and proactively deliver forward-thinking solutions, manage and lead change, also be the internal consultant for talent development initaitives whilst provide coaching and guidance to drive a stronger company culture. This role pays a key part in upskilling the talents to achieve business vision and goals, and will lead a small team on the design and delivery of leadership, talent management and engagement framework. You will also support upcoming HR transformation programmes.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or related disciplines, with 15+ years of HR experience focusing on talent management, leadership development and/or organisation development. Prior experience working within a sizeable MNC with matrix structure highly regarded. You will have prior team supervisory experience and also solid track record of success in designing and building frameworks around talent management, succession planning and leadership assessment and development. You will also come with excellent stakeholder management communications and influencing skills; individuals with a results-driven and continuous improvement mindset will excel in this role.
