About The Client
Our client is a growing bank that is undergoing business transformation. As part of the business strategy to put more focus on grooming their talents, they are looking for a seasoned banking L&D calibre with 15+ years relevant experience to head up the function.

About The Role
Through strong and professional thought leadership, you will lead a team and provide strategic direction on talent, learning, career and leadership development, ensuring the bank retains its talents and engages colleagues in return for a high-performing culture. You will lead the cultural development of the organisation promoting values of recognition, innovation and inclusivity. You will drive bank-wide talent management and development initiatives including building a comprehensive talent framework and scheduling employee training programs, implementing regular performance evaluations and designing succession planning policies. You will also support the Head of HR on driving organisation development initiatives aligning with business objectives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder in Human Resources or relevant disciplines with 15+ years talent / leadership development experience acquired from financial services sector (ideally banks). You wil demonstrate experience of coaching at a senior level and a matrixed organisation, also the track record of managing multiple projects and delivering successful outcomes. You would also have experience managing a team alongside great interpersonal skills needed for influencing and building good partnerships with business stakeholders. Excellent writte and oral communications skills in English and Chinese, with the ability to present clear, well-structured reports and briefs required for this role. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager.
