About the Client
Our client is a leading real estate investment group with one of the largest shopping mall portfolio in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion plan, the team is looking for a Head of Technical to join as the department head of building services team in Hong Kong Headquarter.
About the Role
- Report to General Manager and manage a larger team of 50 staffs
- Lead and manage routine maintenance budget as well as Capital Expenditure budget a year. Major projects including high voltage chillers with variable frequency drive upgrade, lift modernization, Automatic Fire Alarm system upgrade, Building Management System upgrade
Requirements
- Qualified Engineer and a degree holder in Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management and Maintenance or related disciplines with at least 8 years' managerial experience in managing large commercial complex and improvement projects with proven leadership skills.
- Complete fluency in English and Chinese
