About the Client
Headquartered in Hong Kong, our client is an aggressively expanding business in the clean energy sector with mature operations in Mainland China and growing presence is Asia. To continue with their business growth, they are looking for an experienced Head of Treasury join the management team.
About the Role
Reporting into the CFO, you will be fully responsible in managing the treasury operations and position of the company. You will be the key person to handle the treasury dealings with banks and proactively look into the topic of project financing in the local and international market. You will be responsible in any hedging activities as well as other ad hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Accounting, Economics or Finance or related subjects. You should have at least 15 years progressive track record of success and acquired at least 8 years of leadership experience and corporate treasury exposure. Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential.
