About the company
Our client is a well-established retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for candidate for a Head of Deposit Product and Digital Project position under their retail banking team.
About the role
Reporting to the Banking Product GM, you will lead a team and responsible for formulating overall product strategies and P&L of Deposit products in digital channel. As a Project Leader, you are required in designing new product initiatives to drive customer acquisition, product usage and cross selling opportunities in mobile and internet banking In addition, you will work with IT, Compliance, Project and Operations in overseeing deposit product revamp, new system enhancement and Agile project transformation to facilitate operation effectiveness and ensure smooth execution of product programs.
About the person
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10-12 years of deposit product development experience in banks, with strong background in managing digital banking projects.
- Excellent knowledge in developing Deposit product with fintech expertise is a must.
- Good people management, sound project skills and result-driven.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
