About the Client:

Our client is one of the reputable investment banks with a need to hire a Helpdesk Support, responsible for 1st and 2nd tiers end-user support and trouble-shooting for Windows desktop and domain administration.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will provide 1st and 2nd end-user support. You will coordinate the setup, installation and management of Desktop PCs, laptops and computer equipment. You will engage in help-desk project implementation and troubleshooting. You will coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement, requirement, maintenance and support.

The Successful Applicant:

  • Higher Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience in end-user and technical support preferably in financial service industry.
  • Good knowledge in Windows desktop, domain administration, email system (Lotus Notes), software deployment & antivirus systems.
  • Understanding of Bloomberg, AAStocks, etc. preferred.
  • Good English and Chinese.
