Our client is a construction company with growing presence in Greater China region. They are now hiring a seasoned HR & Admin professional (with 20+ years relevant experience) to join to take lead of their HR, Office Admin, Health & Safety, and Corporate Communications team(s).
About The Role
Reporting into the CEO, you will take lead of the HR & Admin department that includes the HR, Office Admin, Health & Safety and Corporate Communications functions, with a key mandate in driving business' talent development plans. You will drive and oversee the full spectrum of HR function across manpower planning, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, health and safety, facilities management etc. whilst enhance a strong employer brand through employee engagement to becoming an employer of choice.
To qualify, you will be a degree holder in Human Resources or relevant discipline, with 20+ years of HR & Admin experience acquired from construction or similar industries. You will demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills liaisng with different levels of staff, comes with strong commercial and HR sense, and also experience leading sizeable teams before. You will also be a 'hands-on' leader who also has a strategic mindset. Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese required for this role, immediately avaialble candidates highly regarded.
