Our client is a European sourcing office with business across the SE Asia. To facilitate the recent development in the Asian market, they are hiring an Human Resources Manager to join the company.
About The Role
Reporting to the Regional CEO, you will act as a true Business Partner to drive changes according to the business needs and ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives. Besides, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR matters in the HK office including but not limited to talent acquisition, HR policy and procedure development, employer branding and employee relations. Moreover, you will formulate and execute C&B projects and annual exercises such as salary review, benchmarking and drive the upcoming HRIS implementation projects. In addition, you will provide effective coaching and motivation to staff as well as identify their needs for continuous talent development.
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 8 years' working experience in Generalist HR capacity, preferably from MNC environment covering China or APAC regions; manufacturing or supply chain industry experience an advantage. Prior exposure working in a start-up will also help excel in this role. You should be enthusiastic and able to multi-task, alongside good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required.
