Our client is a local unicorn with business around the globe. To facilitate the recent development in the APAC market, they are hiring an energetic professional to join as the HR & Admin. Manager.
About The Role
Reporting to the COO, you are responsible for the full spectrum of HR matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, HR policy and procedure development, employer branding, employee relation and system implementation. Besides, you will work closely with the staff in all levels to ensure all initiatives are aligned with business objectives. In addition, you will oversee the office administration. You also need to provide effective coaching and motivation to staff as well as identify their needs for continuous talent development.
To qualify, you should be a degree holder in HR Management or business-related disciplines, with a minimum of 5 years' working experience in HR, preferably from Retail/FMCG industries. Having set-up/start from scratch experience will be an advantage. You should be enthusiastic and multitasking. You should have good communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office application is highly preferred. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese are required.
