HR & Administration Manager
About the Company
Our client is an industry leader within the medical technology sector. They are headquartered in Hong Kong and have distribution points across Asia Pacific, Europe and the Americas. To cope with their business expansion, they are now seeking for a passionate individual to join the team as HR & Administration Manager.
About the Role
You will directly report to the Chief Financial Officer, lead 2 subordinates and serve a population of 40. You will be responsible for all-rounded HR duties including compensation and benefits, recruitment, employee relations and training activities. You will develop and establish HR policies and procedures. You will support any ad-hoc HR and administrative duties assigned by management. Last but not least, you will also oversee the C&B activities at Singapore and Malaysia region.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources, Business or related disciplines. You need to have a minimum 5 years of solid HR generalist experience. Solid C&B experience in handling payroll and well versed in Employment Ordinance is a must. You need to have good communication skills and a proactive attitude. Able to multi-task and work independently is essential. Proficiency in written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must. Immediately available is highly preferred.
