About Our Client
Our client is a multinational law firm, they are looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join the HR team and handle administration tasks.
About the Role
- Assists with new hire and orientation paperwork including but not limited to conflicts checks, background checks, personal data forms, transcript requests, checklists and other required paperwork
- Responsible for coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding arrangement, and communicating with related parties
- Manage and update HR confidential information into the HR system
- Provide administrative support including data entry, document management, report preparation
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Candidate
- Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
- 1-3 years' experience of HR and/or Admin, ideally from multinational/ professional services companies
- Able to work independently and good at multi-tasking
- Detail-oriented, motivated and dynamic
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
