About the Client
We are representing a reputable fashion retail brand. They are currently looking for a responsible and stable HR assistant to join the team.
About the Role
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits and staff engagement
- Handle monthly payroll, benefits administration and enrolment
- Ensure all personal data is up-to-date and maintain data accuracy
- Prepare various HR reports for management review
- Support in employee engagement activities
- Support office administration and daily operation, such as office and stationery supplies
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in retail industry
- Sensitive with numbers and detail minded
- Outgoing, energetic and with good attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Word and Power Point)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
