About Our Client
Our client is a sizeable Chinese Private Equity firm headquartered in Hong Kong, currently looking for an HR Associate with 6+ years of relevant HR generalist experience to join as part of the team.
About The Role
Reporting into the Senior HR Manager, you will work within a sizeable team, and will assume all round HR responsibilities and with a focus on enhancing existing HR policies and management reports. You will also support on performance management system upgrades and liaise with training vendors as appropriate. Ad hoc projects will also be assigned.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder with minimum 6 years of HR Generalist / shared services experience acquired from the financial services sector. Experience working for Chinese Private Equity firms highly regarded. You will be familiar with Chinese HR policy and report writing, native written and spoken Mandarin, and immediately available candidates would be a definite advantage for this role.
