Our client is a Chinese bank which is in a growing stage. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a driven HR business partner focusing on recruitment while working closely with other business unit to maintain a sustainable business development.
About The Role
Directly reporting to the Head of HR, your primary focus is to ensure high quality end to end recruitment and related on-boarding duties across variety of roles. You are also required to provide support and advice on all people related matter. You are responsible to work with the Manager to conduct projects including talent management and staff engagement as well as provide advice on employee relations matters, policies and procedures.
To be successful applicant, you should have a business related degree educated with 5+ years hands-on experiences in recruitment. Experience working for bank and/or financial institutions will be essential. You should have strong communication skills and interpersonal skills. You are required to multitask, and demonstrate solid analytical, research and problem solving skill. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is essential for the role.
