Our client is an aggressively expanding retailer with an easily recognisable brand and presence in multiple locations. They are looking for an experienced HRBP join their operations in Hong Kong.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources and be the Business Partner of the Managing Director, you will lead a sizeable team in developing the HR strategies to ensure all HR operations within this retailing unit are in order and efficient. As mentioned, you will assist the General Manager in driving business efficiency in the local market and give any suitable advice on business operations. You will formulate and revise any necessary internal policies and procedures as well as taking care of the OD and Training for both front line and back office staff. You should also recommend any new and improved measures for performance evaluations and justify any system changes.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines with at least 20 years in the Human Resources field and 8 years in an HR Director position for a brand. Experience in Fashion Retail or Fashion Brand industry is highly preferred. You should have excellent communication and leadership skills with a solid knowledge in all aspects of HR management. You should be a strong business partner to the business with good business insight of the local market. Fluency in English and Cantonese is essential.
