About The Client
Our client is one of the sizeable conglomerates in Hong Kong. As part of business transformation, they are inviting a dynamic change agent with HR transformation project experience to join as part of the HR team.

About The Role
Reporting into the HR Director, you will take lead on the design and roll-out of Employe Experience and People-Change programmes across the business. This would include the review and revamp of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, enhancing employee experience and employer branding, and recommending innovation and insights leveraing market data to improve the Human Resources departmental operational efficiency and market positioning.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will come with 10+ years of mixed experience from in-house and consulting environment, with prior HR/Transformation/Change Management project experience. Strong stakeholders management, agile and design thinking, alongside the maturity to deal with C-suite level able to articulate data to influence business decision making will be key to excel in this role. Proficiency in English and Chinese will be ideal.
