About the Client
Our client is one of the largest hospitality operator with a well-recognised brand. With the recent restructuring, they are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team.
About the Role
Reporting to the HR Director, you will a team of 10 in serving the Business Partners of the Group. You are expected to provide effective HR advice and delivering a full spectrum of HR functions to support the staff. Your will cover talent planning, recruitment and driving the corporate culture of the business. You will also ensure the alignment of corporate governance and implementing any necessary changes for an effective operation.
The Successful Applicant
You should be a degree holder in Human Resources with at least 20 years of related work experience and a track record of managing a sizeable team. You should have a successful track record in driving business and operational efficiency as well as being a good listener and communicator. To add on, strong business acumen is essential to give strategic advice to the business. Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
