Our client is a sizeable bank, currently looking for a (Lead) HR Business Partner with experience working within a fast-paced banking environment (corporate banking ideal). You will work within the HR Business Partner team, and directly contribute to the end to end HR processes across the corporate areas of the business whilst inputting into a wider HR strategy.
About The Role
Reporting into the Chief HR Officer, you will be an experienced and entrepreneurial (lead) HR business partner to enable further company and leadership growth. You will provide HR advice and support to the banking business; coach, consult and advise senior management on human resources-related topics. You will act as an employee-change expert and anticipate HR-related needs. You will be the interface between the business and the HR department and maintain a close relationship with HR CoEs to deliver value-added services to management and employees. The role is all about shaping and delivering the people strategy across all levels for the designated business unit.
The ideal candidate will be a degree holder from top universities, with 15-20+ years of HR management experience of senior leaders at a fast-paced, high-growth bank. You will come with high proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with a proven track record of developing high performing teams. You will also come with strong interpersonal and communications skills to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of senior stakeholders within the organisation. Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment, you will also be proactive, data-driven, takes initiative and able to multitask and prioritise. A flexible mindset acting as a change agent will be ideal as well.
