About the Client
A rapidly expanding organization within the renewable energy sector is now seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the HR Business Partner Lead.
About the Role
- Liaise with line managers and ensure excellent execution of wide spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, talent selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and talent development
- Providing advice to leadership teams and people managers on the company HR strategy and agenda while implementing related policies and processes
- Enabling a sustainable high performance workplace including consulting on leadership, organizational structure, company culture and talent management
- Responsible for driving and supporting the implementation of the organizational change via transformation and change management
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring HR strategies to meet the operational and business objectives
- Play a critical role in building a strong HR presence in the business and driving key HR projects
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management and or related discipline
- 15 years of true HR business partnering experience gained from a dynamic and fast moving environment preferably within the Manufacturing and or Engineering sector
- Proven ability in fostering strong relationships with stakeholders across different units
- Experience in the design and development of HR function
- Able to drive organizational change and transformation in accordance to key business objectives
- Energetic and able to work independently with strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
